HIGHLIGHTS

INDIGENOUS VOICES SESSION [EARTH VILLAGE STAGE]

- An impassioned speech from indigenous leader Kowawa Apurinã, asking us “What are we giving back today?”

- Sioux Chef Sean Sherman discussing how we can and must ‘Reclaim Indigenous Foodways’ championing the Indigenous [R]evolution

45 MINUTES WITH ADAM MCKAY [GAIA STAGE]

- A revitalising discussion with Adam McKay, director of the Netflix movie « Don’t Look Up », alongside IPCC author Yamina Saheb, scientist Britt Wray, PhD and young activist Camille Etienne, who told us about #StopEACOP | Stop the East African Crude Oil Pipeline

…an audience in tears of empathy and outrage

CLOSING CEREMONY [GAIA STAGE]

- A standing ovation for Jane Goodall who will always be a source of inspiration.

"People tell me to slow down, but I don’t know how much time I have, so I’m thinking I should speed up"

All in all, an incredible experience and I love that I made so many friends on the dance floor. There should be a mid-week party at every Climate Summit.
